AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE, REFLEXOLOGY, SPORTS MASSAGE
I have had 6 years’ experience working as a Massage Therapist. In the past two years as Massage Therapist practitioner, I had have the immense satisfaction of seeing the positive effects of various therapies applied to clients. This assured me this is the area where I want to be involved in for the rest of my life.
Massage has many benefits, both physical and psychological.
Massage can prevent injuries, enhance performance and release stress.
Massage is the least invasive way to promote wellbeing and strengthen the body’s own defense system.
Sports massage is the management manipulation and rehabilitation of the soft tissue of the body including muscles, tendons and ligaments.
It is applicable not just to sports people but to anybody wishing to guard against or recover from a soft tissue injury.
